Estimates & Cancellation Policy
We are aware that sometimes unexpected things come up. If something occurs or changes, please call the office and notify us at least 48 hours before your service. So, we can reschedule and adjust the schedule accordingly. If we receive a shorter notice or if it occurs regularly, you may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
What time will they arrive?
We usually give a 30-60 minute window for time of arrival. However, sometimes we get delayed and the ETA time may change. We will do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Please remember these changes are usually out of our control.
What if we missed something?
Kinnelon Cleaning Services always try to do our best to meet your expectations. If something was missed please let us know as soon as possible, so we can fix the or make a note for next clean. Communication is important and we love when our customers are happy and left with a clean home and are satisfied with our services.
